前列腺常识

前列腺是一个重25克的腺体，位于膀胱下方。由于它位于尿道（通向膀胱的管道）周围，它增大时可引起尿道阻塞。前列腺会随着年龄增大，也会癌变。

初发病时症状轻微，有夜间滴白，射尿无力，尿急，排尿踌躇。症状逐渐加重，重者可引起尿潴留。

45岁以上的男性每年应检查一次前列腺，包括血液检查和直肠检查。
