果实主含黄酮类化合物，内有：槲皮素-3－O-鼠李糖甙（quercetin-3－O-rhamnoside），槲皮素-3－O-葡萄糖甙（quercetin-3－O-β-glucoside），槲皮素-3－O-半乳糖甙（quercetin-3－O-galactoside），槲皮素-3－O-木糖甙（quercetin-3－O-xyloside），槲皮素（quercetin），山奈酚（kaempferol），山奈酚-3－O-葡萄糖甙（kaempferol-3-O-glucoside），山奈酚-3－O-半乳糖甙（Kaempferol-3－O－balactoside），山奈酚-3-芸香糖甙（kaempferol-3-rutinoside）[1]，还含有机酸类化合物，内有3－，或4-，或5-咖啡酰奎宁酸（caf－feoylquinic acid），3－，或4－，或5-阿魏酰奎宁酸（feruloylauinic acid），4-（β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基）-苯甲酸[4-（β-D-glucopyra-nosyloxy）benzoic acid][2]，羟基桂皮酸（hydroxycinnamic acid），羟基苯甲酸（hydroxybenzoic acid）[3]等。又含挥发油，其中主成分是反式茴香脑（anethole），还有对丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚（foeni－culin），α-及β-蒎烯（pinene），樟烯（camphene），月桂烯（myrcene），α-水芹烯（a－phellandrene），α-柠檬烯（α－limonene），3-蒈烯（3－carene），枝叶素（cineole），4（10）-侧柏烯[4（10）－thujene],α-松油烯（α-terpinene），芳樟醇（linalool），α-松油醇（α-terpineol），4-松油醇（4－terPineol），爱草脑（estragole），顺式茴香脑，茴香醛（anisaldehyde），α-香柑油烯（α－bergamotene），
